In this module, faculty learn how to guide students in exploring majors, internships, and career options; create opportunities for students to interact with alumni and upper-level peers; and make explicit the relevance of course learning outcomes to students’ future goals.
To satisfy module requirements, practicing faculty apply at least one practice, such as recommending students engage in internships, inviting alumni to share the relevance of course learning experiences, or sharing potential career paths relevant to their areas of expertise.
This module is part of ACUE’s Career Guidance and Readiness course.
