A truly inclusive and equitable campus environment is possible when everyone on campus is working together, with a common language, to mitigate the impact of implicit bias, microaggressions, imposter phenomenon, and stereotype threat.
This course equips administrators, faculty, and staff with actionable practices they can immediately implement to contribute to whole-campus reform and ensure all students and colleagues feel seen, heard, and valued.
This course takes eight weeks and is organized around four competencies and is designed to address a series of institutional needs.
Course Modules:
Educators who complete the requirements for this open enrollment course earn a microcredential in “Fostering a Culture of Belonging.” This course does not apply toward earning the Effective Teaching Practices Framework Certification.
