Sample interview questions
These sample questions can help you seek different campus perspectives on your institution’s partnership with ACUE and guide your interviews with participating faculty, administrators, and students of credentialed faculty. Faculty can tell you about how their teaching has evolved—and about how their use of evidence-based teaching practices has impacted their students. Administrators can tell you about how the partnership supports your institution’s goals. Students can tell you about the importance and impact of great teaching. You can share their experiences in campus news stories, press releases, social media posts, and more.

Campus news and newsletters
Share the news with your campus through your campus news site or newsletter. This could be a news-style story, a Q&A with a faculty member, or a regularly occurring “faculty spotlight.” If you are interested in drafting a press release for your campus news site, you’ll find templates and examples on the Press page. For assistance drafting a news story, contact us at [email protected].

Student newspapers
Inform your campus about your ACUE partnership by involving your institution’s student newspaper. The course launch and pinning ceremony are great opportunities for student reporters to interview faculty, take photos, and learn about how your institution is working to improve instructional quality. This document contains a brief background on ACUE and sample interview questions. It can be customized to include specifics on your institution’s partnership and on your course launch or pinning ceremony.

Social media
Social media is a channel for both institutions (your teaching center and/or your college/university) and individuals (facilitators, participating faculty, and campus administrators) to communicate what they’re doing to promote great teaching. Sample Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn posts are available for both groups.

ACUE’s communications team can also work with you on a social media graphic. One of our templates displays a quote, and another displays a pinning ceremony photo and data from a cohort’s Summary Report. If you’re interested in creating a social media graphic, please contact us at [email protected].
