The Association of College and University Educators’ (ACUE) mission is to ensure student success and equity through quality instruction. In partnership with colleges, universities, higher education systems and associations, ACUE prepares and credentials faculty in evidence-based teaching practices that improve student achievement and close equity gaps. Numerous and independently validated studies confirm that students are more engaged, learn more, and complete courses in greater numbers—more equitably with their peers—when taught by ACUE-credentialed faculty. ACUE’s online, cohort-based credentialing programs are delivered through institutional partnerships and open-enrollment courses endorsed by the American Council on Education.
Reporting to the Executive Director, Sales, the Partnership Director is an integral team member responsible for building ACUE’s market position by assisting with new business and partnership development that will enable ACUE to achieve its revenue goals. The successful candidate will work closely with ACUE’s Partnerships team as well as across functions to execute against ACUE’s growth strategy.
Achieve quarterly performance goals and annual quota.
A competitive compensation package will be provided commensurate with experience and responsibilities. This full-time position includes salary and benefits. This position is fully remote, but the candidate should be based in West Coast, specifically, California, Washington, Nevada, Utah, Wyoming, Idaho, Oregon, and Colorado, with regular travel anticipated at 40%.
Anticipated Salary Range: $102,000-$115,0000 plus bonus, commensurate with experience and responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the Project Manager is responsible for the organization of systems to track processes and customer-facing events throughout ACUE to ensure timely, effective delivery. The successful candidate will have the ability to distill information from leaders and colleagues across the company to clearly design plans that will work company-wide and to communicate these systems interdepartmentally.
A competitive compensation package will be provided commensurate with experience and responsibilities. This full-time position includes salary and benefits. This position is fully remote, but the ability to occasionally travel (3%) is required.
Anticipated Salary Range: $70,000-$80,0000 plus bonus, commensurate with experience and responsibilities

Reporting to the Executive Director of Curriculum & Assessment, the primary role of the Senior Director of Academics is to ensure that ACUE’s program implementation processes, procedures, and policies are optimized for both excellent partner experience, course-taker success, and student impact and are scalable to support a drive toward aggressive growth. The Senior Director of Academics (SDA) plays an integral role in the successful outcome of ACUE’s professional development offerings by engaging in the following work.
