Community Manager
ACUE
Kelly Williamson is the Community Manager at ACUE. She serves as the architect and facilitator of our brand-new online community platform, empowering ACUE faculty to continue refining their teaching practices in connection with peers and allowing institutions to seamlessly offer ongoing learning and support as part of their ACUE partnership.
She has more than fifteen years of experience in community relations, most notably spending more than ten years in the State University of New York (SUNY) System in various roles, including institutional advancement and learning and development. She previously launched and maintained the SUNY Workplace platform, bringing faculty and staff from across New York State together online to collaborate and share knowledge at a distance. She is a 2023 Community Industry Award (CMX) nominee and has presented at over 100 conferences, including Facebook Transform.
Kelly holds an Advanced Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Empire State University, a BA in Public Relations from SUNY Oswego, and an AAS in Business Administration from Morrisville State College.

Kirsten "Kiki" Heintz joined UA-PTC in 2004 as a part-time speech instructor and became a full-time speech instructor in 2009.
Kirsten received a Master of Education in Adult Education in 2000 from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, a Master of Arts in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication in 1999 from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and a Bachelor of Arts in 1992 from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She has also pursued her Doctorate in Higher Education at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
Kirsten has been very involved in the following organizations: member of Southern States Communication Association (SSCA), former SSCA Executive Council Member, former SSCA 2-Year College Representative to NCA, former SSCA Community College Division Secretary, former National Communication Association (NCA) Legislative Assembly Member, former member, former board member, and past president of the North Little Rock Junior League, former Baptist Health Systems Community Advisory Board member, UA-PTC Foundation volunteer, Phi Beta Lambda Judge for state conference, Arkansas Single Parent Scholarship Fund mentor.
In 2018, Kirsten received her ACUE certificate and has become very involved in the organization. She is the ACUE facilitator for UA-PTC, has published a jigsaw activity in an ACUE module, served in 2019 as an editor, and in 2021 was asked to serve as a facilitator resource on the ACUE website.
Faculty Development Coach
Palm Beach State College
Nicole Rice began her career at Palm Beach State College in 2011 as an Early Learning Trainer and transitioned to the role of Faculty Development Coach in 2023.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Florida Atlantic University in 1995 and completed a Graduate Certificate in Instructional Design in 2023.
Nicole achieved her ACUE certification in the same year and actively supports Palm Beach State College’s ACUE initiatives, serving as an Interim Campus Lead.
