Programs for Faculty
Faculty can become more effective instructors and earn micro-credentials through enrolling in ACUE’s Open Enrollment Courses.
Open Enrollment Courses
In every course, ACUE’s learning design guides faculty from foundational knowledge through higher order learning to the implementation of proven approaches, reflection on one’s practice, and refinement based on peer and expert feedback. These graduate-level offerings are delivered online and certified by Quality Matters.
Faculty who complete the requirements for each open enrollment course earn a micro-credential in a set of competencies as outlined in the ACUE Effective Practice Framework©. Faculty who complete all four courses earn the full ACUE Certificate in Effective College Instruction. The micro-credentials and full credential are nationally recognized and endorsed by the American Council on Education (ACE).
ACUE recommends but does not require faculty to complete the open enrollment courses in sequential order as presented below. Tuition, which covers all course fees, is $600 per course.
