Aaron Bolton is a Regional Customer Success Director at ACUE. With over twenty years of strategic client relationship and business development experience in the education and technology and communications sectors, he has developed a passion for fierce customer advocacy and believes trust is earned and success is obtained when both internal and customer teams are aligned and committed to the same outcomes.
Prior to joining ACUE, Aaron was a Partnership Director at Wiley Education Services, where he led strategic account management for a portfolio of university partners ensuring client satisfaction and financial success with all aspects of service delivery – including marketing, recruiting, technology, academic and student support services. With today’s ever-shifting education landscape, he appreciates how important sound instructional practices, creative engagement strategies, and modality flexibility are to maintaining and improving successful student outcomes. Aaron believes ACUE’s mission and solutions are a critical component of the higher education environment today.
He holds a BA in Anthropology from the University of Vermont and an MS in Organization Development and Leadership from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
