Allison Richards is the Operations Coordinator at ACUE, where she supports learners and partners by ensuring a successful product and course experience. Allison’s connection to ACUE’s mission is deeply rooted in her passion for transforming education through innovative solutions for educators and meaningful relationships.
Before joining ACUE, Allison served as the Assistant Director at the Sarah R. Opperman Leadership Institute at Central Michigan University, where she was responsible for the logistics and delivery of large-scale leadership development programs. Additionally, Allison has served as an adjunct professor and learning specialist, focusing on leveraging targeted resources to enhance support for neurodivergent learners.
A Michigan native and current California resident, Allison holds a Master of Arts in Counseling from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology.
