Jen Santaniello is the Director of Events at ACUE, where she plans, promotes, and produces in-person, virtual, and internal gatherings. She brings more than 20 years of event and conference management experience, 12 of those in higher education. As a lifelong learner, Jen was drawn to ACUE for its mission to increase student success through effective teaching at colleges and universities.
Within higher education, Jen has previously planned and managed events for organizations such as McGraw-Hill Education, Thomson Course Technology, Jenzabar, and Tegrity. She has developed and executed hundreds of event strategies to help drive brand awareness and growth within an organization and has demonstrated experience producing a wide variety of events ranging from executive meetings to national user conferences.
Jen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and Journalism from Northeastern University, a Certificate in Event Management from George Washington University, and a Certificate in Meeting Management from Indiana University.
