Julia Flohr Larkin

Senior Partnership Director, Systems

Julia Flohr Larkin is Senior Partnership Director, Systems at ACUE. In this role, she is responsible for driving sales and fostering relationships with university systems, ensuring they have access to the best educational resources.

Throughout her 25-year career in higher education, spanning roles from Director of Student Development/Academic Advising to adjunct instructor, Julia has demonstrated her deep-rooted passion for the field. This passion, combined with her robust sales skills and extensive network of higher education and ed tech colleagues, aligns perfectly with ACUE’s mission.

In 1999, Julia began working for Pearson Education, marking the start of her journey in higher education sales. Over the years, she has held various positions with leading companies like Wiley, McGraw-Hill, and Cengage, taking on roles such as Sales Rep, District Manager, Executive Marketing Manager, Director of Learning and Development, Director of Sales, and Regional Vice President (RVP). In 2020, she transitioned from the publishing world to tech giants Oracle and Salesforce, where she played a crucial role in helping universities achieve their digital transformation goals.

Julia profoundly believes in the transformative power of education and is passionate about leveraging her extensive sales experience to promote ACUE’s suite of courses, pathways, certifications, and community resources within university systems across the United States.

Her vast experience has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of the needs and goals of higher education institutions. Julia is adept at navigating the complexities of enterprise-wide sales in higher education, including procurement processes, state laws, and organizational structures.

Julia holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Health Science Education (MHSE) degree from the University of Florida.
