Kim McBroom serves as a Regional Customer Success Director at ACUE, where she is deeply committed to empowering educators and educational leaders to make a lasting impact on student success. With over a decade of experience spanning both public and private education, Kim understands the profound influence that effective teaching and leadership can have on thousands of students.
Before joining ACUE, Kim spent 14 years at Kaplan, where she played a pivotal role in supporting online and virtual simulation educational programs, managing diverse teams, and developing solutions for higher education partners both nationally and internationally.
A former middle and high school language arts teacher, Kim holds a B.A. in English from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and an M.Ed. in Secondary Instruction. She is also a proud foster dog mom, balancing her professional passion for education with her personal love for animals.
