Marcy Frazier

Assessment Coordinator

Ms. Frazier is the Assessment Coordinator for ACUE, where she oversees our nationwide team of assessment professionals who read and score faculty coursetaker reflections. With experience at both the secondary and post-secondary levels, she recognizes the key to academic success for both instructor and student lies in reflecting on completed work and strategizing to improve future performance. Ms. Frazier champions the goal of engaging students from myriad backgrounds as they, along with their professors, plan and implement academic and career-related journeys. She knows the impact great teaching can have on student success. Prior to ACUE, Ms. Frazier coached subjects including analytical writing, reading comprehension, and test preparation, both in-person and online. She has taught middle school social studies, science, and language arts as well as developmental- and introductory-level composition courses at various community colleges.

Ms. Frazier holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Virginia and a Master of Arts in English Literature from the University of Illinois in Chicago. She earned her secondary English teaching certificate from North Park University, recently completed coursework in political and social philosophy from Harold Washington College, and hopes to begin work on a master’s in comparative literature in the near future.
