Shannon Koss is a Regional Customer Success Director at ACUE. She is responsible for maintaining and building strong partnerships by finding creative solutions that will empower institutions to effectively utilize ACUE’s offerings. ACUE’s mission aligns with her fierce commitment to educational excellence through effective, strategic partnerships that will enhance the quality of teaching and result in positive outcomes for institutions.
Prior to joining ACUE, Shannon worked in the higher education publishing and educational technology space. There, she supported and led the East Regional team with a focus on the implementation and training of various online learning platforms designed to enhance student success. Shannon is a firm believer in the importance of building trustworthy, effective relationships with partners and team members.
Shannon’s career began at a community college, working directly with first-generation students. In addition to academic advising, she created engaging programs to foster an environment of learning and growth, ultimately increasing retention. She saw first hand the necessity of quality teaching which ignited her drive and dedication to the ACUE mission.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations from Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh, NY.
